Employee Benefits 2018-2019
Definition: 
Full-time / Seasonal 
30+ hours per week and/or Management Position, Alpine or Nordic, 
  • Complimentary “Individual” Staff Season Pass 
  • 2 PNSAA Employee Exchange Letters per week 
  • 2 Complimentary Group Lessons, space available 
  • 4 day tickets per season for any venue 
 
Part-Time Employee /Seasonal 
15-29 hours per week, any Venue
  • Complimentary “Individual” Staff Season Pass  
  • 1 PNSAA Employee Exchange Letter per week 
  • 2 Complimentary Group Lessons, space available 
  • 2 day tickets per season for any venue 
 
Part-Time, Shift Employee 
5-14 hours per week, any Venue
  • Complimentary “Individual” Staff Season Pass 
  • 2 PNSAA Employee Exchange Letters per month 
  • 50% Off Group Lessons, space available 
  • 2 day tickets per season for any venue 
 
Ski Instructor / Team Coach 
 All Shifts as required 
  • Must be on the Instructor Roster/Schedule or Coaches Program/Schedule

  • 2 PNSAA Employee Exchange Letters per month 
 
 Instructor / Jr. Coach -On Call 
  • Work a Day – Get a Day 
         Day ski ticket for the day (shift) worked plus one complimentary day ticket to be used anytime during same season
 
Nordic & Alpine Team Head Coach/Program Director 
 All Shifts 
  • Complimentary “Individual”Staff Season Pass 
  • 2 PNSAA Employee Exchange Letters per month 
  • 4 Day Tickets per season any venue
 
*Employee Exchange with other participating ski areas is subject to program guidelines defined by the PNSAA. 
*Exceptions to these guidelines subject to the General Manager.
