Some of our skiers are up at Silverstar, but for those of you down here, time to keep training! Focus will be adding some L3 and short bursts. Can also check calendar page for daily workouts.

Here is the recommended training for the week.
Monday: Run or Rollerski 1.0-1.5 hrs. classic if you have L1 focus on technique and breathing

Tuesday: Run -uphill trial if possible-recommentation in Leavenworth, up the NUT, down Rosie-L2, focus on quick feet on the way down
STRENGTH: 2 sets of workout on Fall training page
Wed: Run or Rollerski 1.0 hr. -10' warm up L1; 3 sets of 8' L3, 4' L1; then L1 for remainder
Yoga flow 2x
Thurs: Local Turkey run!, eat turkey
FRIDAY: Run or Rollerski 1.5 hrs.-add poles to run L1 warm up X 20' then (10X 30 sec L4 burst, 30 sec L1) 20' L1 cool down--
STRENGTH 2 sets of workout
SAT: 1.5-2 hr. L1 run or roller ski
SUN: rest day, 30' easy or go out and do agility X 30' on roller skis
