Race logisitics: you will receive texts from me for times to be on course with your skis! Also if this is your first JNQ, it is best to have a pair of warm up and race skis for each style, please let me know if you need to find a pair for warm ups!

We are still dealing with low snow and currently no open venues in Leavenworth…here is the plan, but may be subject to change. We did have a fun practice up at Steven’s Pass and it was definitely winter up there!

Mon Jan. 6th: normally not a practice day, but our skiers have the option to train in Plain with the Plain team. They start at 3:30 skate skis. –sprint simulation-meeting at the Hardware store-look in the field if you are later. The weather forecast does not look good, so make sure you pay attention to texts in case it is cancelled.
TUES: Jan. 7-Nancy/ 3:45-Possibly head up to Plain to ski or ski up at the end of the Icicle, bring both classic and skate skis-also bring running shoes. I will text for location Tues am.
WED: Jan. 8th- Nancy/Kari Either ski at Plain or in town if we get snow and are open –Classic skis-L3 fun! Look for location text.
