Hi Skiers,
Week of Nov. 11-getting done with fall sports and transitioning to thinking about skiing.
The next 4 week bloc is about endurance, agility and adding intensity. For those of you finishing up Cross country, go easy this week.
Wed. 3:45-5:00 we will have strength and agility training at the Ski Hill
Other suggested workouts:
Monday: Run with poles up the New Uphill Trail-NUT, speedy feet on the Downhill
Tues: Rollerski-set up and agility course for 15", then roller ski X 1 hr. L1
Wed: Ski Hill Training
Thurs: Ditch run-L1 X15' (5' L3, 4'L1) X4, 15' cool down run L1
Friday: Run Ski Hill with poles, short bursts up and over hills
Sat: 1.5 hr. roller ski
Sun: easy 45' L1 or go do something fun-bike, hike, etc
each night relax and focus on breathing filling lower ribs X 10'
